This residential dwelling house renovation was completed in 2017 and is situated on a waterfront reserve overlooking Middle Harbour. The house contains 5 bedrooms and 3 living spaces situated over 4 levels and is designed to take advantage of the views over the water whilst opening up to the north to accept winter sunlight. The bones of the original 1960’s building were retained but the appearance drastically altered to incorporate a new modern roof form, covered outdoor deck and remodelled kitchen and bathrooms.
