This project consisted of a new rear addition over 2 levels to a semi detached terrace style dwelling located in a conservation area. The design balanced a number of strong site constraints in order to create the light-filled modern addition that maximises the site’s modest size. The pitched roof form to the new living area and master bedroom draws in winter sunlight and creates a generous ceiling height.
